BOA Meda2 Portofino Mare
A seguito dell’emanazione del D.M.07/03/2012 “Disposizioni generali per limitare o vietare il transito delle navi mercantili per la protezione di aree sensibili e per la protezione nel mare territoriale”, della conseguente ordinanza n.56/2012 dell’Ufficio circondariale marittimo di Santa Margherita Ligure (il cui art. 1.2 è stato abrogato con successive modifiche ordinanza 07/2018), si è provveduto all'installazione e messa in funzionamento di due Boe Meda con relativa strumentazione tecnico-scientifica.
Following the issuance of the Ministerial Decree 3/7/2012 "General provisions to restrict or prohibit the transit of commercial vessels for the protection of sensitive areas and for protecting territorial sea", the resulting order n° 56/2012 Maritime District Office in Santa Margherita Ligure (whose art. 1.2 was repealed by the Ordinance 07/2018), provided for the installation and put into action of two buoys “Meda” with associated technical-scientific tools.
